Scope of Work:

This position is responsible for the administration of all aspects of a Maintenance Contract.

Responsibilities:

  • Effective and efficient management and leadership of the contracting organization’s resources to meet all specifications and expectations of the contract
  • Directly interfacing with the customer at all levels of leadership and structure
  • Preparing and executing budget
  • Ensuring contract performance in accordance with the direction and policies.
  • Proven track record of implementing policies and systems to create a high-performance organizational culture
  • Delivering results by building accountability and responsibility within a diverse workforce
  • Have a background in governmental maintenance services
  • Understand contract operations and functions with an emphasis on US Governmental operations and maintenance type contracts.
  • Familiar with government organization and functions
  • Understand current procurement best practices
  • Be politically astute
  • Able to organize and express ideas through excellent oral and written communications to a wide variety of audiences
  • Demonstrate an unquestionable sense of integrity, honesty and loyalty.
  • The ability to multitask, manage competing priorities, and resolve issues are critical to the success of this position.

Minimum Requirements:

  • A bachelor’s degree in civil or mechanical engineering, engineering management, public administration, or similar field
  • 10 years increasingly responsible managerial experience in mid-sized organization with an emphasis on maintenance type functions, human resources activities, and information technology
  • Experience with Public Works Army strongly preferred
  • Master’s degree preferred
  • Registered Professional Engineer desirable
  • Background and knowledge of the practices, procedures, and processes of contracts administration
  • Knowledge of relevant laws, FAR regulations, terms, conditions, and policies governing contracts
  • Experience preparing cost proposals and meet deadlines.
